keepass appears to be the best solution for password management. You can use it in windows,mac,android,iphone,ubuntu(linux).
you have an android app which will automatically connect and sync with a dropbox file with your passes if you choose to.
android will also auto fill in the passwords in the browser.
chrome and firefox will auto fill in also in linux or other os. for that to happen you have to install the keepasshttp plugin in your keepass, a little tricky might be on linux but once you have it your pass are synced to your browser like a charm.
